Recognising this market trend, major global hotel group, Accor began construction of a $200 million resort community inprovincial Victoria that met this group’s niche requirements.
The Novotel Forest Resort is a 4.5 star luxury hotel development and conference centre that combines modern design and state of the art facilities with sustainable building and environmental practices. The drought-proof resort features one of Australia’s first desalination water polishing and recycling treatment plant.
It features state of the art technology, including wireless and broadband Internet, three business centres and in-house audio visual technicians. Built 12 months ago, the resort attracts holidaymakers, property investors, wedding guests and business delegates alike.

• A range of NEC High Definition LCD’s was deployed, fully managed by NEC PanelDirector software, which
enables staff to dynamically change and update information.
• NEC’s Media player was also deployed to allow for a combination of static information and Video footage to be displayed via the solution.
