1. NEC Australia intends to use the name of your business, names of relevant persons within your business, the name or brand of your businesses products or services and any form of the customer references given regarding NEC products, services and solutions for the purposes of NEC Australia Customer Reference Program activities.
2. Customer references will be used to market, promote and advertise NEC’s products, services and solutions through its Customer Reference Program activities.
3. NEC Australia will be entitled to use the Testimonial Material for a period of two (2) years from the date of sign up.
4. You agree that NEC Australia may use your customer references, and/or extracts of such material provided and that if NEC chooses to use extracts, such extracts will be consistent with the reference in its entirety.
5. You further agree to release NEC Australia from any and all claims you may have in regard to the NEC Australia’s use of customer reference provided under this program.
6. With reasonable prior notice from NEC Australia, you agree to provide verification to the media, or a potential customer of NEC Australia that the customer reference material provided is true and correct to the best of your knowledge, information and belief.
7. You warrant to NEC Australia that the customer reference material will be true and correct to the best of your knowledge, information and belief.
8. You acknowledge that NEC Australia and will not pay you or the business for participating in the customer reference program.
