NECare Online system upgrade
From 1 October 2012, NECare Online will use Remedy, a world-class IT service management tool offered by BMC software. NEC Australia believes the new system will deliver improved online communications, better service performance and enhanced customer satisfaction.
Using NECare Online
You need to be a NECare customer and registered NECare Online user for this service.
Existing NECare Online registered customers
Existing NECare Online customers can login to the new portal here NECare Online.
Your existing NECare Online user name remains the same. If you are logging onto the new system for the first time, your password will be the same as your user name. Once you have logged in, you will be prompted to create a new password.

Register for NECare Online
Register here to be a NECare Online user. Once the registration has been approved by NEC Australia (can take up to two days), you will be supplied a unique user name and password.
