Add-oscillation of chord wave ((Shaking duration: 56 minutes)
Operation state#Frequency 10~55Hz: 0.075mm (0-P), Frequency 55Hz~500Hz: 9.8m/s2 (0-P).

2KPa decompression of the inside equipment is carried out in an operating state. The computer is surrounded by fine powder.
