NEC Technical Training Terms &Conditions

Enrolments

All enrolments are to be registered via the Learning Management System (LMS).

Note: It is imperative that the participant of the course is the person enrolling in the course via the LMS system, as all enrolment and training records will be associated with the person enrolled.

Successful enrolment into a course will depend on the following:

Manager Approval: During the enrolment process the nominated manager from your company needs to authorise your enrolment in the course. The enrolment cannot proceed until the authorising manager actions the authorisation request.

Pre-Requisites: Some courses have pre-requisites as a condition of enrolment. This is to ensure that all students within a course have a similar level of knowledge/experience in order that the participants can progress through the course syllabus at the pace required.

Maximum Number of Course attendees: In order to ensure quality training outcomes, NEC limits the number of participants within a course. If a course is over-subscribed we will endeavour to schedule additional courses as soon as practical.

Course Payment: A valid purchase order must accompany all enrolment applications.

Enrolment Closing Date

Course enrolments close 10 working days prior to course commencement date.

Course Cancellation

NEC reserves the right to cancel a course should the minimum number of participants not be achieved 10 working days prior to course commencement date.

Course Withdrawals

Notice in writing is required if withdrawing from a booked course. If less than 48 hours notice is given, the full course fee will be charged.
