Warranties

Warranties

In the unlikely event that your NEC product should require after sales support, you can rest assured that NEC’s comprehensive guarantees and support are at your service.

All NEC products are guaranteed to perform their intended purpose.

NEC industrial products are typically engineered to suit a particular application, often to provide for personalised needs. So these product warranties are unique to the situation and will vary in duration and liability.

NEC consumer products carry a full 12 month warranty on quality of material and workmanship. Faulty products may be either repaired or replaced at NEC's discretion.

If you need to make a warranty claim, please enquire at the place of product purchase. Proof of purchase is usually required.

Please review our Privacy Statement for information regarding the information we collect to support your warranty.
