Overview

This course is designed for those involved in the installation and /or maintenance of the NEAX 2000 IPS. The course will provide participants with and understanding of:

Structure and hardware installation.
Cabling and wiring standards and practices.
Programming of stand alone, �business switch� system with Voice Over IP Solution.
System backups and maintenance practices.
IVS / ICS120 Upgrades / Retrofits will also be discussed in these course.

Pre-requisites

Participants should have been trained in Customer Administration Training (PC21) or have at least 12 months equivalent experience / knowledge.
