We use what we sell - All staff at NEC have access to a variety of Microsoft applications, including Office 365, Teams and Skype for Business. Support is provided via our Support Desk and users can select to have enterprise voice without the need for a phone on their desk, or keep their NEC desk phone and integrate it with the Skype for Business UC client.
