NEC continue to invest in skills and technology and as a result of NEC’s close partnership with Microsoft, our Professional and Consulting services teams have considerable experience in assessing and assisting complex migrations in unified communications and managing those environments.

We use what we sell - All staff at NEC have access to a variety of Microsoft applications, including Office 365, Teams and Skype for Business. Support is provided via our Support Desk and users can select to have enterprise voice without the need for a phone on their desk, or keep their NEC desk phone and integrate it with the Skype for Business UC client.
