Our graduate program integrates on-the-job experience, coaching, workshops, performance planning and feedback to support the 70:20:10 approach: a framework which captures the three kinds of learning – experiential, social and formal.
We are looking for highly skilled, motivated and engaged graduates who share the NEC values of innovation, collaboration, integrity and leadership and who are passionate about their field.
Excellent communication skills, along with a commitment to delivering exceptional internal and external customer service, are essential, as are problem solving skills and the ability to work well within a team.
You are in your final year of study or have recently completed (within the past 2 years) an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Networking, Software Engineering or another technology related discipline. You are an Australian Permanent Resident or Australian citizen at the time of submitting your application. You can commence full time work for a period of 18 months from the program start date: 30 January 2017.
