Tina Whitley
Chairperson, Corporate Senior Vice President of NEC Corporation & Chief Executive Officer
Tina joined NEC Software Solutions in 2016, holding a series of executive director roles before being appointed CEO in April 2021.
With over20 years of global technology experience, she has expanded NEC’s capability through targeted product development & delivery, along with acquisitions.
Tina's passion lies in nurturing talent to deliver the best possible outcomes and in spending time with customers to understand their challenges.
In 2025, she was also appointed Corporate Senior Vice President of NEC Corporation, which includes overseeing the Digital ID and Digital Transformation business in NEC America and NEC Australia.
Keith Morrison
CEO - NEC Australia & New Zealand
Keith Morrison is an accomplished IT executive leader with over 20 years of experience driving business performance, managing rapid growth, and leading transformational initiatives. He has extensive expertise in technical services management, business development, and go-to-market strategies, having successfully overseen the exponential growth of businesses at organisations such as Datacom and Kinetic IT.
During his 10 years at Datacom, Keith led various divisions, including the WA and SA branches, and later headed the Technical Services AU division, where he was responsible for delivering technical services to all of Datacom's Australian customers. His leadership in implementing business transformation programs – including AI-powered operations programs and ‘new ways of working’ models during and after the Covid-19 pandemic – was instrumental in enhancing business management practices.
Prior to Datacom, Keith led the national Service Delivery & Operations division at Kinetic IT during a period of significant growth, solidifying his reputation as a key member of the executive leadership team.
Darryl Holloway
Vice President - CFO & Company Secretary
Darryl Holloway is Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at NEC Australia. In this role, he is responsible for the organisation’s financial strategy, governance, risk management and corporate compliance functions. Darryl works closely with the executive leadership team to drive sustainable growth, operational performance and long-term value creation for NEC Australia and its stakeholders.
Ana Radler
International General Counsel, NEC Corporation
Ana is the International General Counsel of NEC Corporation. She joined NEC in 2021 after nearly 10 years at ArcelorMittal, where she served as General Counsel for the group’s Mining segment and later led legal teams in the Steel segment, covering Partnerships, Restructurings, and Energy projects in Europe. Prior to that, Ana worked for BHP Billiton in Brazil and the UK. She began her professional career in private practice during the privatization boom in Brazil. Her first in-house role was in the telecom sector, where she helped set up the legal function for a joint venture formed by Sprint, France Telecom, and National Grid.
In his role at NEC, Keith is focused on driving the company’s next phase of growth and transformation, with a particular emphasis on NEC Australia’s DGDF division.
Ebisawa Misako
Executive Professional, Transportation Solution Division, NEC Corporation
Misako san is an Executive Professional in NEC’s Transportation Solution Division with over 30 years of experience in transport and logistics systems. Joining NEC in 1992, [Name] has led major integration and development initiatives across domestic and global transport programs. Formerly General Manager of the Global Transport Integration Division, [Name] has played a key role in advancing NEC’s intelligent transport capabilities. [Name] also represents NEC internationally as National Ambassador of the International Association of Public Transport (UITP). In this role, [Name] contributes to global collaboration on sustainable and smart mobility solutions.
Shuichi Inoue
Director of IT Services, FP&A department, NEC Corporation
Shuichi Inoue is a Director of IT services FP&A department at NEC, and responsible for providing financial leadership in the field of digital government and digital finance businesses.
He possesses over three decades of experience at NEC, encompassing various domains such as financial planning and analysis (FP&A) within international operations, the establishment of overseas subsidiaries, structural reforms of these subsidiaries, and post-merger integration (PMI) through M&A activities.
