With over 25 years in IT services, James develops and leads high-performing teams to deliver strategic outcomes, enhance customer experience, and accelerate business growth. James has been with NEC for 9 years. Prior to NEC, James held national and global senior leadership roles at organisations including Data#3 and CSC where he built a strong track record in operational optimisation, service delivery, and business transformation.

Known for his decisive leadership, customer focus and commercial acumen, James partners closely with stakeholders to navigate change, optimise performance, and unlock customer value.
