Kate Hunt is an experienced and strategic HR leader with more than 20 years of expertise in shaping people strategies and driving organisational transformation. As Head of People & Culture for the ANZ region, Kate oversees initiatives that enhance employee engagement, strengthen talent management, and foster a culture of inclusion and high performance.

Throughout her career, Kate has held senior roles across global and domestic markets, working within large multinational organisations such as GE Capital, as well as private and start-up environments in financial services, pharmacy, and technology sectors. Her comprehensive experience spans the full spectrum of human resource functions, including employee relations, strategic HR leadership, change management, coaching, and leadership development.
