Mike Fuller is an experienced sales and customer executive with more than 25 years in the ICT industry, working with global system integrators including Fujitsu, HP and Datacom. As Vice President – Customer Success & Sales at NEC Australia & New Zealand, Mike leads the company’s customer engagement and sales functions across ANZ, with a focus on strengthening relationships, driving growth, and ensuring customers receive measurable value and success.
Throughout his career, Mike has held senior leadership roles spanning country leadership, sales management and customer success, where he has developed a reputation for delivering customer-centric transformation, building high-performing teams, and aligning business outcomes with customer needs. His leadership has helped organisations navigate change, improve service quality, and achieve long-term growth.
A values-based leader, Mike is passionate about customers, performance and people. He is committed to fostering collaboration and innovation within teams, and to ensuring customer outcomes remain central to decision-making. Based in Sydney, Mike is also a keen cyclist – both pedal-powered and motorised – and is dedicated to keeping fit and active.
