BayCom named NEC Australia’s UC Channel Partner of the Year
BayCom has been named NEC Australia’s UC Channel Partner of the Year and has also been named Partner of the Year (Export) for the fourth consecutive year.
The NEC UC Channel Partner of the Year Awards are determined on several factors, including sales revenue to March 31, 2021 and collaboratively working with NEC Australia (NECA) to ensure the best products and services are delivered for all end-users.
NEC Australia’s General Manager of Unified Communications David Saliba has today congratulated the team at BayCom for their hard work and ongoing dedication in providing products and support to their customers.
“The market in Unified Communications is a very competitive one, and amid the COVID-19 crisis, the global market for Unified Communications and Collaboration has seen growth in demand as businesses pushed for work from anywhere type of communications and collaboration tools.” David Saliba said.
“This has meant that channel partners need to stand out in a highly competitive market through the delivery of exceptional service offerings that ensured their customer’s business requirements were continuously addressed.
The NECA team have consistently seen BayCom deliver for their customers and we congratulate them on finding a way to deliver this success in what was a very challenging year in many industries.
Each of our 200 Channel Partners contributes to our collective success and we thank them all for their commitment, hard work and loyalty to our great line of products and solutions, particularly in these recent, challenging times,” David Saliba said.
